I had my first reiki session in 2016, and it changed the course of my life – for the first time, I truly engaged and saw myself as a spiritual being. The energetic refresh reinvigorated hope and clarity within me, and deepened my trust in my intuition.

Only from experiencing the powerful physical sensations and energetic charge of reiki for myself was I able to fully understand the concept of reiki, especially distant reiki. It’s incredibly normal to be skeptical of the process and technique, and so a distant reiki session is actually a great way to feel the reiki working. Distant reiki works just as effectively as in-person. Because I am not physically with you, you’ll be even more surprised by how you feel afterwards. 

Theories in quantum physics and other sciences are now proving what the therapeutic art of the reiki is based on – that everything in this universe is energy, and energy is not bound by time nor space. We all have the ability to connect with energy – past, present, future, and even if the connection is on the other side of the world.

In this session, we will share space as I channel reiki energy through your body, unblocking buyoki, or stagnant energy, and a increasing healthy flow of ki (universal life energy, also known as chi or prana) through your meridians, harmonizing your system. The session is carefully designed to provide you with a relaxing healing experience that will feel like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders and that your cup has been filled.

Each session includes:

Reflection through journal prompts to realize intentions

Ceremonial opening and gentle breathwork 

Visualization meditation

Reiki energy for healing 

Oracle card reading, for intuitive wisdom to guide your next steps
